About Us
It is our immense pleasure to introduce The Institute of Certified General Accountants of Bangladesh. We would like to inform you that we established our beloved Institution in 2001. In the meantime, we have members from different professional accounting bodies, industries, corporation, universities and non-government organizations. All the members of our profession are very bright, brilliant, sincere and dedicated for the development of the profession. Our present step is to enroll the students in our institution.
We will teach our students to the best of our abilities so that they can take the responsibility of all accounting and financial jobs of any organization independently. While preparing syllabus, we followed the IFAC guidelines.

The Institute of Certified General Accountants of Bangladesh is a non-profitable organization , founded in 19th March , 2001 with the approval from the Ministry of Commerce of Govt. of the Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh with a view to promoting, regulating the General Accounting profession to the country.
